In order to avoid several difficulties that were faced in relation to Problem Sets 1 and 2, all answers to Problem Sets 3, 4 and 5 should be submitted in Word (docx) or pdf files.

It is particularly important to emphasize that students should not submit answers in Excel (or any other type of file formats).

Midterm test assessment grades are already available and might be assessed.

Problem set 2 (for grading purposes) is already available.

The tutorial session asked by the students will take place on the 5th Novembember, in Anfiteatro 1, from 14.30 to 15.30.

1. The midterm test will include a formulae (already available in this site). The formulae will be attached to the set of questions. No previously printed versions will be allowed.

2. All types of handheld calculators will be allowed. However it is important to stress that no content related to the course will be allowed in the corresponding storing devices (any detected infringements will be penalized in accordance with ISEG rules)

3. Questions will cover material from chapters 1 to 4 (included) in the recomended book (BMA, 2013)

4. The test will include two versions: one in Portuguese and another one in English
