Basically, you will need two documents: the Transcript of Records and the Letter of Confirmation. You may pick up the Letter of Confirmation at the Office.

As soon as the grades are online, you may print the Transcript of Records by yourself. This document will be signed and stamped on our side. However, in case your University demands the original document, please inform us and we will post it.

The teachers are responsible for introducing the grades on Aquila. At a first stage, the grades are placed at the courses' webpage. The marks from the first period must be online until 72 hours before the same exam, held on the second period. The grades from the second period must be online until the end of the second week of February (1st semester) or June (2nd semester)
