Lisboa School of Economics and Management (ISEG)
The Lisboa School of Economics and Management (Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão) was founded in 1759, and since 1930 it was part of the Technical University of Lisbon, now ULisboa (Universidade de Lisboa). This institute strives to contribute to the modernization and development of Portugal by training future economists and managers, prepared to perform an active role in this process. The objectives of this school involve the promotion of education, culture, research, services supply, exchange and co-operation at national and international levels.
