Should you intend to apply for Student Worker status, you need to submit all the necessary documentation via the Aquila portal.
The legal framework for working students is part of the current Labour Law, under
Decree Law n.º 7/2009, of the 12
th of February, under Chapter III of
Law n.º 105/2009, of the 14
th of September, and of the Work Contracts regime for Public Employees, approved by
Law n.º 59/2008, of the 11
