Helpdesk Agents
DSI provides services to ISEG's teachers and staff in the field of information technologies and systems, allowing not only to ensure its regular operation, but also to support the implementation of new projects related to the reinforcement of the digital component of its courses, services and on-campus experience. It is responsible for managing the hardware, software and networks in order to provide a quality service.
