Joaquim Sarmento is the winner of the University of Lisbon/Caixa Geral de Depósitos Scientific Award in Economics and Management

Joaquim Sarmento, professor at ISEG, is the winner of the Scientific Award of the University of Lisbon / Caixa Geral de Depósitos in the area of Economics and Management, for 2019.

Considering the recent evolution of the COVID-19 pandemic and the resolution of the Council of Ministers, the award ceremony scheduled for October 20 has been canceled. A new date will be indicated as soon as safety conditions are met.

Carla Curado and Maria João Guedes, also professors at ISEG, received honorable mentions.
