ISEG and the CFA Society Portugal announce the affiliation of the Degree in Finance to the prestigious CFA Institute, the world association of investment professionals, as a University Affiliation Program. With this partnership, every year one student will benefit from an annual scholarship for the CFA exam. Additionally, students will have access to exclusive workshops and events on financial topics. This certification guarantees the level of demand and quality of the degree and prepares students in more than 70% of the CFA certification curriculum (Level 1).
"This international recognition demonstrates the quality of ISEG's training in finance. The CFA Institute highlights the curricular units of Fintech and Ethics as differentiators," says the Coordinator of the Bachelor in Finance at ISEG, Professor Ana Venâncio. "They mention that our degree provides our students with the (Level 1) technical skills necessary to start their professional careers in finance," she concludes.

This is the first Finance degree in Portugal to prepare students to obtain the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute. The Finance degree from ISEG also offers a Dual Degree with Kozminski University, in Poland, a partnership with the Faculty of Letters of the University of Lisbon for the teaching of a foreign language, and a partnership with BNP Paribas with a view to providing a practical complement to academic training and the immediate integration of students into the labor market.
