On the day it celebrates its 111th, ISEG joins the range of four Portuguese business schools distinguished among the 50 best in the world in Executive Education by the Financial Times.
In a ranking that lists the best Management Schools worldwide, ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management, from the University of Lisbon, joins in this way, Católica Lisbon, Nova SBE and FEP | PBS in the top 50 in the world. Currently, Portugal is the third best represented European country in this ranking, surpassed only by France and the United Kingdom respectively. This result reflects a growing investment in the training of managers, which will be a decisive factor for the competitiveness of the Portuguese economy.
“On the day we celebrate 111 years we have this excellent news! Another number 1 for ISEG with entry into the Executive Education rankings of the Financial Times – even more notable is the double recognition: both for our training tailored to companies and for the programs open to self-employed applicants. I am proud of this recognition of our executive training, which is particularly bold, in the Top 50 worldwide.”, says Clara Raposo, Dean of ISEG.
The Executive Education ranking of Financial Times evaluates the performance of the Schools, taking into account teaching methodologies, qualification of the teaching staff, contribution to new skills and learning, and the return on investment of the participants.
