Students work on leadership skills at ISEG Leadership Bootcamp

On June 3rd, it took place the ISEG Leadership BootcampThis is an initiative by ISEG's Human Resource Management professors in conjunction with the Tribe team, aimed at ISEG's master's students to empower them with core competencies in Leadership and Management that are more important than ever.

The first edition of this bootcamp had an intensive program of activities, proposed by the Tribe team, which allowed us to work soft skills increasingly demanded by employers: Communication, Negotiation, Teamwork, Motivation, and Decision Making.

The 31 participants had the opportunity to take a self-knowledge test (MBTI), to better understand their profile, and developed customized cases related to the competencies mentioned above. The challenges and surprises prepared by Tribe contributed to an enriching experience, which promoted reflection on the future of the labor market in a competitive way and with a "dash" of fun.
