On July 2, 2024, ISEG had the pleasure of welcoming a group of undergraduate students and two professors from Western Michigan University. This visit was part of the collaboration between the two institutions, with the aim of strengthening existing ties and sharing academic knowledge.
The main event of the visit was a workshop on Customer Experience. The workshop was conducted by Professors Sandra Oliveira and Márcia Herter, Professors in the areas of Strategic Management and Marketing, and by Dr. Joana Nunes, Product Designer from the prestigious Black Cat.
This workshop was an excellent opportunity, not only to open the doors of ISEG to these students, but also to get to know the "behind the scenes" of Gato Preto, namely the entire product cycle, from the creative process to the final stage.
