The Department of Economic Studies of the Bank of Portugal will be at ISEG to introduce university students to what lies behind the big figures for the Portuguese economy - GDP, inflation, unemployment - with a presentation of its flagship publication: the Economic Bulletin.
The Economic Bulletin for October 2024 will be presented by Professor Nuno Alves, Director of the Economic Studies Department at the Bank of Portugal.
The event will take place in Novo Banco Lecture Theatre of the Quelhas Building, on the 17th October, 2024, at 11.00.
This will be a unique opportunity to meet some of the Central Bank's economists who are involved in monitoring and forecasting the Portuguese economy.
