Process and Quality Management

ISEG promotes the quality assurance and continuous improvement of all the processes that contribute to the execution and fulfillment of its mission. For this purpose, ISEG has implemented a structured and integrated quality system comprised of rules and regulations, mechanisms, and procedures designed to govern the actions and behaviour of all ISEG’s stakeholders (faculty, non-faculty staff, and students), all of which are driven by the common objective to achieve its institutional objectives.
