The solemn opening session of the 2011/2012 school year will be held on November 17 at 3 p.m. in the Caixa Geral de Depósitos Auditorium.
In addition to the speeches by the President of the School and the Magnificent Rector of the Technical University of Lisbon, Professor João Peixoto will deliver the Keynote Address entitled "Where is Portuguese demography heading? Ageing and migration on the European periphery".
Insignia, diplomas and awards will be presented during the session.
