The 'Technology and Humanisation in Retail: Insights from the NRF' webinar will be held on 29 April, from 14:30 to 15:05, online.
The webinar will take place as part of ISEG Executive Education's Postgraduation in Digital Marketing and the keynote speaker will be Elisabete Galiano, Head of Strategic Category Management at Sumol+Compal, who after attending the "NRF 2025 - Retail's Big Show", the world's largest retail event, will share key insights into the trends that are transforming the sector.
The webinar will be moderated by Professor Carolina Afonso, who is the co-coordinator of the postgraduation and will address issues such as technological convergence, the humanisation of the shopping experience and the role of emotion in the consumer journey.
