Biografia

He is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management. His research interests are focused on the intersection of applied psychology, entrepreneurship, and intrapreneurship. Broadly, he focuses on understanding how cognitive, emotional, attitudinal, and contextual factors influence the actions and well-being of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs. He is also interested in the strategic decisions made by CEOs and founders, particularly in how they manage their people (i.e., HRM), and how their choices impact the performance of newly established ventures, including factors such as growth and profitability. In addition to his work in entrepreneurship, he conducts parallel research in the field of organizational behavior. Specifically, he explores the factors that influence employees’ occupational health (e.g., stress, wel-being, work-family conflict) and extra-role actions (e.g., voicing concerns, reporting errors, and engaging in innovative work behaviors)
