Biography
Cristina Requejo is Associate Professor at ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics and Management, since September 2023. From 2000 to 2023, she worked in the Department of Mathematics of the Univ. of Aveiro.
She holds a Ph.D. in Operational Research and Statistics and a Master's Degree in Operational Research, both from the Faculty of Sciences of the Univ. of Lisbon.
She is a researcher at CEMAPRE/REM-Research in Economics and Mathematics. Previously, from 2010 to 2023, she was a researcher at CIDMA, Univ. Aveiro.
Her research interests include integer programming, combinatorial optimization, robust optimization, network design, vehicle routing problems (VRP), routing and scheduling, and health care scheduling. She publishes in operational research and management journals, and has more than 40 peer-reviewed publications.
She supervised 3 Ph.D. students, all of whom received FCT scholarships, participated in the supervision of other students, actively participated in research projects, and promoted international collaborations.
