The primary objective of this thesis is to provide a pragmatic illustration of the critical factors that exert influence on the valuation process of a football club in contrast to other types of companies The study aims to offer insights that can be effectively incorporated into master's level courses, specifically within the domains of valuation, accounting, or business administration. To accomplish this, the research presents a comprehensive case study accompanied by relevant data. By doing so, the thesis equips instructors of this case with valuable resources to meet their course objectives and enhance the educational experience of students.
