Tiago Rodrigues Gonçalves, Ph.D. is a Visiting Assistant Professor at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics and Management, Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal. His research interests include Knowledge Management, Human Resources Management and Organizational Psychology and Behaviour.
