I liked the quick communication, transparency, ease of booking, booking conditions. The check in and check out was friendly. I lived in HOUZE 38. One of HOUZE's rules is that all tenants should be students, I liked it as I found some friends from in the apartment, and we got along great. My room was very well-equipped, and I was provided with all the necessary stuff like linens, towels. Throughout the stay we had cleaning service for common areas once a week. Overall, everything was exactly as promised in the beginning. Whenever we had a question, HOUZE always answered and tried to help as soon as possible. One downside for me was related to the constant construction all around and sometimes within the apartment. Of course, HOUZE couldn't know about the outside construction but if it matters to you, better ask them if it's noisy in the apartment because of the construction. Another downside is that there is no central heating in the apartment, so it can get really cold during November-January. Renting a heater from HOUZE costs 30-40 euros/month which adds to the rent. If you can't afford that or don't want to pay extra, be prepared with warm home clothes.

It is a good accomodation and it has many options but it is a bit expensive. The rooms sell out fast so its necessary to book one in advance to get a good one.

The Houze team is very kind and the houses in general were very clean and organized. The accommodation was great and every household appliances had a lot of quality.

I moved into a renovated flat with 8 rooms. The staff was kind and the company always available in case of problems. However, my main struggle were the thin walls. They didn't only make the room quite noisy, but also couldn't provide any isolation against the lower temperatures in winter.
