I liked the quick communication, transparency, ease of booking, booking conditions. The check in and check out was friendly. I lived in HOUZE 38. One of HOUZE's rules is that all tenants should be students, I liked it as I found some friends from in the apartment, and we got along great. My room was very well-equipped, and I was provided with all the necessary stuff like linens, towels. Throughout the stay we had cleaning service for common areas once a week. Overall, everything was exactly as promised at the beginning. Whenever we had a question, HOUZE always answered and tried to help as soon as possible.
