No, this procedure doesn't exist legally.
Yes, but it does not exempt you from paying tuition fees:
- Students who request, in writing online, that they wish to cancel their registration, for whatever reason, are only obliged to pay the installments already due on the date of cancellation, the school insurance, the additional fees due and interest on arrears at the legal rate. See the Tuition Fees Regulations:
The cancellation of the enrolment will result in the expiry of the enrolment, and students who have voluntarily declared their enrolment will not be able to enrol in the following academic year, without prejudice to the legal regime for re-entry to higher education.
