Special Season Enrolment for 2nd semester

Applications for the Special Season in the 2nd semester must be made by the following deadline:June 18 to 23, 2025

The exams will be held from June 30 to July 5, 2025

How to Enrol?

Online, through the Fenix Portal:

Payment:

15 Euros (for each course unit)

After registering for the course (via Fenix), a debt of 15 euros per course is automatically created.

The maximum number of exams allowed in this season corresponds to the status assigned to you ex. Student Worker - 4 exams. In case of doubt, you can consult the special statutes here.

Payment must be made within 5 days of registration, using a bank reference. To check your bank reference, go to the Fénix Portal and select "View Account" in the "Student" tab, click on "Payment References" and check the data generated.

Once the information has been received via SIBS, a receipt will be automatically issued, which can be consulted on the Fénix Portal under Student " Consult " View Account " Payments.

Who's it for?

Students who, in the academic year in which they enrolled, have the status of:

  • High Competition Athlete
  • University Athlete
  • Religious denominations
  • Association leader
  • Maternity or Paternity
  • Military
  • Special Educational Needs
  • Worker-Student
  • And also FINALIST * students

Finalists

Finalist students are those who have up to 24 ECTS remaining to complete their course. These students, if they have not been enrolled during the current academic year in a particular curricular unit, can still register for the respective special season exam. To do so, they must request this by sending an email to the degree secretariat

Important Notes

  • Access to this season requires students to be registered in the current academic year with one of the above-mentioned statuses;
  • The student is responsible for any payment made without having registered one of the above-mentioned statuses in the current academic year;
  • Registration for the Special Season does not invalidate the obligation to register for the next school year;
  • Payments made will not be refunded;
  • No student may take the written test without being duly registered for it;
  • It is the student's responsibility to ensure that they have registered correctly on the portal. You should print out and keep the proof of registration available on the portal.
  • Entries can only be made by the deadline.
  • Students whose financial situation is irregular will not be able to register. They must therefore regularize their situation in order to register by the deadline;
  • During the special season, it is not permitted to carry out classification improvements.
  • Sports Management students should not register for the special season at ISEG. They must register with the FMH.
