FAQ - Tuition fees

The references must be created by the students in the FENIX portal by the following route:

FENIX >> STUDENT >> VIEW ACCOUNT

Click on the Generate Bank Reference icon, select the desired debt, consult the reference created and make the payment at an ATM or via home banking.

Payments outside the time limits can be made by bank reference, access the portal:

FENIX >> STUDENT >> VIEW ACCOUNT

Payments outside the time limits can be made using a bank reference by clicking on the Generate Bank Reference icon, selecting the debt you want, consulting the new reference created and making the payment at an ATM or via home banking.

If you do not pay your tuition fees on time, you will be charged the fees defined in the Tuition Fee Regulations and academic activities on the FENIX portal will be blocked.

Tuition fees for students who have applied for a scholarship from ULisboa's Social Action Services (SAS) will only be paid after the decision has been made and, if the scholarship is granted, after the first installment of the scholarship has been paid.

Students are then given an additional 15 consecutive days to rectify the situation, and must go to the Undergraduate Department and provide proof of payment of the grant.

As soon as you receive your first payment, you must settle the arrears with the Secretariat.
