Entries to the Grade Improvements must be made via the "FENIX" portal at:
FENIX Login > Enroll > Evaluation/Exams > Select the course and semester
Application deadline:
After the grade for the normal period has been entered in the student's curriculum and up to 48 hours before the date/time of the respective written test.
Payment
After registering for the course (via FENIX), a debt of 30 euros per course is automatically created.
Important Notes:
- You can cancel the registration for a grade improvement within the same deadlines set for the respective registration;
- No student may take the written test without being duly registered for it;
- It is the student's responsibility to ensure that they have registered correctly on the FENIX portal. It is recommended that you print or print screen and save the proof of registration provided on the portal;
- Entries can only be made for each season within the time limits set;
- Any student can register just once;
- The amount settled for the purpose of improving the grade non-refundable regardless of withdrawal and the result obtained, with the best classification always prevailing;
- Students with irregular financial situation do not have access to entries in the written tests for the purpose of improving their classification. As soon as your financial situation is settled, access to registration will be unblocked and you will be able to register within the previously set deadline.
