The Master Final Work must be submitted via Fenix (online), paper copies are not required.
To submit your MFW to Fenix, please follow the steps below:
- Open the tab: "Student"> "Academic Works" > confirm if the topic and respective supervisor are associated with your MFW
- If they aren't, you should contact your supervisor so that they can join your MFW and enter the respective topic.
- Please note that the MFW can only be submitted once the above has been done.
- Once you have completed the process described above, you must submit the MFW in PDF format (final version for defense) and CV online at:
- " Student" > "Academic Work" > "Detail" > then upload the MFW in the "Provisional MFW" field, as well as filling in the "Declaration of Honor" field. After these steps, click on "Upload MFW".
- Once the PDF has been submitted, you must inform your supervisor by email.
Once the above steps have been completed, the MFW is submitted and there is no need to submit any additional documents to the Masters and PhD Office.
Important Notes:
- The MFW can be submitted by students who have completed the school part or students who have a maximum of two (2) curricular units remaining to complete the 120 ECTS master's degree, and students who have a maximum of one (1) curricular unit remaining to complete the 90 ECTS master's degree.
- The MFW can only be submitted when the financial situation has been regularized.
