On the dates indicated, you must access the www.iseg.ulisboa.pt  " FENIX and choose the curricular units (UC) and classes you want. The deadline for accessing the site will be communicated in advance.

Students placed in the 1st year for the first time must register online by the specified deadline.

In addition to fulfilling all the requirements of the degree, you must obtain at least 180 ECTS.

At the beginning of each academic year, only students who have obtained at least 30 ECTS credits in 1st year curricular units will be able to enroll in 2nd and 3rd year curricular units.

The number of curricular units that each student can enroll in each academic year corresponds to a maximum of 72 ECTS credits.

No. There is only a limit on the number of curricular units enrolled per academic year, with the maximum limit being 72 ECTS.

Access to registrations is via the web, so all you need to do is access a computer wherever you are, or through a representative, it is sufficient for the representative to know the username and password for accessing the AQUILA Portal, assigned to the student.

There will be a 1st registration period after the deadline for a fine of €60 and a 2nd registration period after the deadline for a fine of €120, only for students enrolled at ISEG in the previous year.

The minimum number of ECTS credits in optional curricular units is as follows:

Economy/Economics 30 ECTS credits

MAEG 24 ECTS credits

Management 18 ECTS credits

Finance 30 ECTS credits

No. The system will not allow you to access the online registration application if you have outstanding debts. However, as soon as you settle the amount(s) you owe, you will be able to access the application during the periods set for this purpose.

You can register for pure electives, which are offered by the various ISEG departments, and for compulsory electives from other courses, provided you are allowed to do so (you should consult the file on restrictions on registering for elective curricular units).

No. Only students in their third year can register for elective courses.

Yes, but only in the curricular units that will take place in the semester in which you will actually be studying at ISEG (either compulsory or optional).

Yes. Failure to register by the specified dates means that you will be subject to the fees established for late registrations.

You can then, during the changes period, cancel your registration for the curricular units in which you were successful. If you complete the course during the special period, you must then request the cancellation of your registration for the respective academic year via Fenix by October 30 of that calendar year. This procedure is Mandatory. If you fail to do so, the fees will be charged to your student account and the current fees regulations will apply.
