The following are covered students who comply with the stipulations of Joint Order no. 335/98, of May 14, as amended by Joint Order 320/2000of March 21.
The status is obtained by submitting, to the Degree Office and at the time of registration, a declaration proving the professional status issued by the Regional Directorate of Education or by the Educational Area Centers in the following terms:
- In order to obtain support for the payment of tuition fees, as stipulated in Joint Order no. 335/98, of May 14, amended by Joint Order no. 320/2000, of March 21, it is hereby declared that (name) is a Permanent Teacher in the X Cycle of Basic/Secondary Education, placed in the current school year at the School (name), (Municipality), and is covered by the provisions of paragraphs 1 and 2 of the aforementioned Order.

Students enrolling and registering for the first time in the 1st year are given a maximum of 15 consecutive days to complete the process.
Only students whose application is duly and fully completed by October 30th will be included on the subsidy lists. If this does not happen for whatever reason, students will have to pay the full tuition fee, which is non-refundable.
The benefits consist of:
- Financial contribution towards the payment of tuition fees under the terms of article 35 of Law no. 37/2003 of August 22nd;
- Student Worker Status.
