Changes to 2nd Semester Registrations

All automatic changes will be made taking into account the grades from the appeal period submitted by the teachers to the secretariat by January 19, 2025.

Students will be able to make changes to class registrations for the 2nd semester curricular units, on the Fenix portal and on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the places available for this purpose, during the following period:

From January 20th at 10 a.m. until January 23rd at 11:59 p.m.

Important Alerts:

  • You can only make changes on the Fenix portal on the days indicated for this purpose, and changes are only available for registrations in curricular units/classes in the 2nd semester with available places. Changes/registrations will not be accepted after this date.
  • The number of curricular units that each student can register for in each academic year is a maximum of 72 ECTS credits. This restriction includes all enrollments in curricular units that operate on the consecutive semester system, and the cases of extraordinary written tests provided for in article 5 of the General Regulations for the Assessment of Knowledge, in force.
  • Before making any changes, we recommend that you consult the class timetables and the calendar of assessment periods.
  • There are only a few vacancies for changes of enrollment in curricular units for the 2nd semester. It is therefore recommended that any changes you wish to make be carefully analyzed, as cancelling your registration or changing the class of a course may mean that you will not have a place in the class of the course you cancelled.
  • Students whose financial situation is irregular will not be able to change their registration.
