About Merits
Merits (ISSN: 2673-8104) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal that provides the rapid publication of articles covering all aspects of people at work on virtues, talents and human resources, published quarterly online by MDPI.
Conference articles’ format should follow the rules of one of the associated journals and authors must clearly identify the choice when submitting the article to the Conference.
Word/length limits to be considered for the Conference articles should be around the maximum dimension accepted by the considered journals. Conference articles must present the abstract in both Portuguese and English.
Submitting the papers to the special issues is a personal decision of the authors.
Papers submitted to the journals will be checked by editorial offices before being moved forward to further processing and will go under peer review.
