Corporate Finance I (2 º Sem 2018/2019)

The grades of the Mid-Term Test are now available in the folder Grades

Congratulations to all students who did well (or even very well!).

To those who are disappointed with the midterm's results, we stress that the continuous assessment elements account for 30% of the grade, whose grades are quite promising (and which you will have access to before the final exam) - so no one is lost, and it is just a matter of keeping up your work and do better in the final test, and make us proud then.

Note that the grades of the group assignaments can also be used in the final exam (final evaluation system)

The minimum grade of the Midterm test has changed to 6.5.

Please read carefully the following informations:

1. ROOM: The exam will take place in Room  Anf 4.  Please arrive at 3:45pm.

2. WHAT TO BRING FOR THE TEST: identification card (with photo), pen, pencil, eraser and non-graphical calculator.

3. FORMULARY:    The formulary is distributed, together with the test, by the professors. An example of the formulary is available on aquila

4. LANGUAGE: The midterm will be bilingual: English (Odd Pages) and Portuguese (Even Pages).

5. STRUCTURE:     The test lasts for 1H30M. The exam has 4 questions: Question 1 is worth 3 points (3 questions to answer shortly), Question 2 is worth 8 points (financial statements anaysis); Question 3 is worth 5 points ​​(Bonds) and Question 4 is worth 4 points (stocks).
